When the assistant can't tell whether an unknown caller is legit, it doesn't guess:
- The call is placed on a brief, polite hold.
- You get a phone notification with the caller's own words — what they said they wanted — and Accept / Decline buttons.
- Tap Accept to connect them, or Decline for a courteous goodbye.
Family-emergency "send money right now" calls are never decided by the AI — they always go to a person, with your family safe word as the tiebreaker. If no one responds in time, the caller is offered the chance to leave a message rather than being cut off.
