Why we’re building this

Phone scams against seniors are a billions-a-year industry running on one exploit: a kind person who answers the phone. We think the fix isn’t training grandparents to be suspicious. It’s making sure the scammer never reaches them.

Our belief

Protection shouldn’t cost independence

Most “solutions” for this problem quietly take something away: a new simplified phone, a locked-down number, a child approving every contact. We think that’s backwards. DrawBridge leaves the phone, the number, the carrier, and the independence exactly where they are, and puts a patient, polite gatekeeper in front of the strangers.

The family, not the algorithm, stays in charge: anything uncertain goes to a human who loves the person on that phone line. The screener handles the ten refund-department impersonators so you can be there for the one call that matters.

We’re a small team, and this page will grow as we do. Questions, ideas, or a scam story we should hear?
